

VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing softball?
Bailey: I started playing t-ball when I was 3 years old with all of my friends and never stopped playing.
VYPE: How did your season turn out and what were your goals?
Bailey: Our season was okay, we progressed through the season. But I wish we could’ve ended better. My goal was to play a good defensive game and help lead my team.
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
Bailey: I have had the most fun making fun of Coach Z.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Bailey: My favorite teacher is Mrs. Stilwell. She is always involved and makes me smile everyday.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Bailey: My favorite athletic memory is celebrating with Maddie after snagging a pop fly and getting the double play to close the inning at the Vian tournament
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Bailey: Maddie Hamby has left the biggest impression on me. She started the season as an inexperienced pitcher and progressed through the season and stepped up when her team needed her.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Bailey: My favorite part about being on a team is the bonds that you build, the memories and how you become a family.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Bailey: I would go back to Cozumel Mexico and take my family and my best friend Kagan.
